The choice of wings for your foil depends on many factors and requires a little understanding of the sport.Some of these factors:
- Your level of experience in water board sports
- The type of foiling you want to practice; Wing Foil (powered by a wing) • SUP Foil (powered by a paddle) • SURF Foil (powered by the waves) • other...
- The kind of conditions and places where you think practicing your sport.
- Your weight also plays a role in your choice.

- More efficient downwind
- More efficient at high speed and in waves
- More responsive and tight turns
- Faster, but harder to master
- Less effective with pumping displacement
